All items on the Instalaciones & Lacados website are made to order, therefore these pieces are made solely for you with the opportunity to customise.

Any damages to the furniture should be notified within 24 hours of receiving the furniture and should be damages from shipping or productions.

Return may be accepted within 15 days under the premise that the items are delivered faulty from the factory. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

These Items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after 24 hours of placing the order, including: personalised items, Custom or Made to Order Furniture, items purchased as, cut meters of fabric, and items used and/or damaged through normal wear and tear. Shipping charges are not refundable. Other restrictions may apply.
